Wai-Yue was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2009, and has been practicing in Calgary since 2012.

He maintains a practice in Family Law including divorce, family property, child and spousal support and with negotiating and drafting Prenuptial and Cohabitation Agreements.  He has represented clients in the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of Queen’s Bench and has experience participating with clients in alternative dispute resolution processes, including mediations and judicial dispute resolution conferences.

In addition to his family law practice, Wai-Yue also assists clients with the preparation of wills, enduring powers of attorney and personal directives.  He has also acted for buyers and sellers in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, and has assisted clients with incorporating in Alberta.
